Level 3 Services

Penney & Pereira NDT have acquired the knowledge over the years to provide Level 3 support to all businesses in all aerospace sectors. We not only have the experience in commercial airlines but also military air forces, defence manufacturing, space hardware, wind energy and motorsport. We can offer on-site and remote support to all customers wherever you are in the world and whatever the project, including:

 

  • Acting as the Responsible Level 3.

  • Writing documentation such as procedures and instructions.

  • Start up NDT departments from scratch.

  • Advise on equipment purchases.

  • Auditing and help with your quality systems.

  • Giving practical and theoretical training to new NDT technicians or Level 2s preparing for Level 3 examination.

  • Write examination questions and prepare training material.

Training & Examination

Penney & Pereira NDT have two of the finest NDT instructors in the aerospace sector who have taught and presented all over the world. Accredited as a CANEND (Portuguese NANDTB) approved training centre, Penney & Pereira NDT can deliver training and examination to NDT staff in accordance with EN 4179/NAS 410 in all commonly used methods.

We can also deliver NDT Introduction courses for quality managers or non-NDT personnel looking to get an appreciation of the different NDT methods and where NDT sits in a service or manufacturing type workflow.
